Need to return an item you purchased?
There are a few ways you can do this, but you’ll need to return your item to us within 28 days of receiving it. N.B Excludes AR Parts, Custom Orders, Change Machines, Software and Parts where stipulated at point of order.
Return to warehouse:
Purchased parts can be returned to either of our E-Service warehouses within 28 days of receipt provided an a RMA number has been issued (Excluding AR parts, which is 14 days) . These can be obtained by calling our Sales/Customer Care Team on 01707 280050.
Return by post:
When posting your items back to us, it’s important that you first authorise your return by contacting our Sales/Customer Care Team, who will issue you with an RMA number and any other required paperwork. This must be included with your return goods to ensure a speedy resolution. Goods returned without this documentation will not be accepted. Please ensure that goods are returned within 28 days of receipt (Excluding AR parts, which is 14 days).
Return of Advance Replacement Orders
AR orders must be returned to our Welham Green warehouse within 14 days of receipt, as detailed on the accompanying delivery note. If you have misplaced this please contact our Sales/Customer Care Team for a copy (AR returns must be accompanied by a delivery note and/or a RMA). E-Service (Europe) Ltd reserves the right to apply late return fees or even refuse to accept any late AR returns.

N.B Please ensure you retain proof of delivery as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Please ensure that all items are packaged safely and securely as E-Service will not be held liable for goods damaged in transit.
