POOL CLOTH – Hainsworth – 7’x4′ – Smart – French Navy – Bed and Cushion Set

Hainsworth has been manufacturing premium cue sports cloth in Yorkshire since 1783, and the Smart range represents the brand at its most operator-focused. The headline says it plainly: Smart is the tough cloth that stays smarter for longer. This French Navy bed and cushion set for 7×4 tables brings that promise to life with a specification built around performance, consistency, and long-term value.

Built for play, engineered for venues

The cloth is tightly woven to a 460gsm weight, giving it a density that outperforms standard pool cloths and resists the everyday wear that comes with heavy commercial use. The surface is smooth by design, engineered specifically for excellent speed and ball control — so players get a fast, accurate game from the first frame to the last. What makes Smart particularly well suited to busy venues is its consistency: it maintains its great performance no matter how often it is played on, so players can be confident their game will not be negatively affected by a well-used table.

The operator advantage — longer replacement cycles, lower costs

For venue operators managing multiple tables, cloth replacement is one of the recurring costs that quickly adds up. Smart directly addresses this. Its ultra-tough construction withstands longer play without wearing through, meaning it can stay in play for longer without needing to be replaced. Over the course of a year — or several years — across a multi-table venue, that extended replacement cycle translates into a measurable reduction in maintenance spend. It is a cloth that works as hard as your tables do, and keeps working long after lesser cloths would need changing.
