E-Service offers world-wide shipping to all countries. If you are ordering from outside of Europe or cannot find your country at checkout, please contact us directly for us to arrange shipments. We’re happy to help!

What UK shipping does E-Service offer?

E-Service offers a range of shipping services to UK addresses:

  • Royal Mail 48
  • Pre-10:30am delivery
  • Saturday delivery
  • Standard shipping
  • FREE SHIPPING – on orders over £150

Note that orders may be shipped via UPS or DPD depending on the order content.

 

What International shipping does E-Service offer?
E-Service provides reliable DPD shipping world-wide, with UPS shipping the following locations:

  • Ireland
  • Denmark
How long do orders take to ship?

E-Service provides SAME DAY SHIPPING for orders at no additional cost, although in rare cases may take up to four week for large machines such as the Thomas Change Machine range.

Policies

What if my order does not arrive?

In circumstances where your order does not arrive, you must submit a written notice  within 14 days after the despatch of the goods to the E-Service team. For orders outside the UK, you must submit a written notice within 3 days of the specified delivery date.

What if my order arrives damaged?

To ensure customer satisfaction, damaged items are to be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our dedicated sales team. We can then advise, repair or replace your goods whenever possible. You can contact us via sales@e-service.co.uk or 01707 280 050.

For swift repair or replacement, it is vital to retain the original packaging and include any damaged parts.

What if my package does not include all the items I ordered?

We offer same day replacements for any items that are not included from your order. Please contact our sales team via sales@e-service.co.uk or 01707 280050 within 24 hours of delivery to ensure your missing order is rectified.

What is E-Service's return policy?

Any returns must be agreed and arranged via E-Service. E-Service will not accept any returns without prior knowledge of the item. E- Service will do its best to assist with any returns whenever required. Items are expected to returned in the same form as they were delivered with little to no alterations to the packaging and goods.  To arrange any returns please contact our sales team via sales@e-service.co.uk or 01707 280050. For returns outside the UK please contact your respective office.

Tokens

How do I use metal tokens instead of coins?

Tokens can be used to operate machines in place of coins by using a programmable coin acceptor. Programmable coin acceptors can be configured to the exact dimensions of the chosen tokens.
E-Service offers a great value programmable Std Token Coin Acceptor with a free programming service included.

How do I order custom tokens?

You can order custom tokens online quickly and easily, just provide us with your logo, photos or text and E-Service will handle the rest. You can choose custom embossed tokens (raised surface) or custom printed tokens from our wide range of available colours and sizes.
