E-Service offers world-wide shipping to all countries. If you are ordering from outside of Europe or cannot find your country at checkout, please contact us directly for to arrange shipments. We're happy to help!

E-Service offers a range of shipping services to UK addresses:

  • FREE SHIPPING - on orders over £150

  • Note that orders may be shipped via UPS or DPD depending on the order content.
    E-Service provides reliable DPD shipping world-wide, with UPS shipping the following locations:

    UPS shipping:
  • Ireland
  • Denmark
  • E-Service provides SAME DAY SHIPPING for orders at no additional cost, although in rare cases may take up to four week for large machines such as the Thomas Change Machine range.
    If your order does not arrive, you must send a written notice of non-delivery to us within 14 days after the date of shipment.

    In the event that your order arrived dammaged, you must submit a written claim within 3 days from the date of delivery. You claim must include a reference to the carriers receipt as proof of the date of delivery

    In the event of exceptional circumstances following the confirmation of an order, we are happy to assist and find a satisfactory resolution, but are under no obligation to amend or cancel any orders that have been placed. All returns must be directly arranged by E-Service and goods are not to be returned to E-Service unless an authorised returns number is quoted.
    E-Service's standard warranty covers all goods supplied by E-Service and extends over a 12 month period from the date of delivery. Any items that are deemed to have been manufactured with fault shall be replaced, refunded or repaired free of charge by E-Service.

    E-Service's standard warranty does not apply to:
  • Damage caused by the customer’s or any third party’s actions
  • Damage as a result of failure to follow provided care instructions
  • Goods that have been modified or repaired by workshops or individuals not approved by E-Service
  • Shipment costs of goods from countries with no E-Service approved agents.
  • Liability or injury resulting from the use of goods purchased from E-Service, excluding instances from proven negligence of E-Service.

    Tokens can be used to operate machines in place of coins by using a programmable coin acceptor. Programmable coin acceptors can be configured to the exact dimensions of the chosen tokens.
    E-Service offers a great value programmable Std Token Coin Acceptor with a free programming service included.
    You can order custom tokens online quickly and easily, just provide us with you logo, photos or text and E-Service will handle the rest. You can choose custom embossed tokens (raised surface) or custom printed tokens from our wide range of available colours and sizes.

    E-Service will collect your faulty equipment, carry out a diagnostic inspection and then clean and repair your equipment before delivering it back to you.
