E-Service returned from EAG 2026 with strong momentum, following three days of high-quality conversations, productive meetings and clear commercial outcomes. The January show proved to be an excellent start to the year, bringing together long-standing customers, new operators and valued partners in a positive and forward-looking environment.
Throughout the exhibition, the E-Service stand saw consistent engagement from operators looking for practical, cost-effective solutions that can be deployed quickly and supported easily. Despite the ongoing challenges facing the sector, the overall mood at EAG was proactive, with businesses clearly still investing, modernising and planning for the future.
Strong Product Interest and Meaningful Conversations
A clear highlight of the show was the response to Pay-with-ME, E-Service’s QR-based cashless solution. The simplicity of the customer journey, competitive pricing and lack of onboarding friction resonated strongly with operators, particularly within the pool table market. Many visitors also immediately recognised the wider potential for Pay-with-ME across arcade equipment, vending and other unattended or semi-attended environments.
Alongside Pay-with-ME, there was strong interest in E-Service’s Thomas change machine range, which continues to be valued for its affordability, reliability and ease of integration, as well as the company’s growing pool and cue sports portfolio. Several new customer relationships were established during the show, with orders confirmed across multiple product categories.
Collaboration with Industry Partners
EAG also provided an important opportunity to spend time with key industry partners, including CountR, Hainsworth, Abbiati and Innovative Technology (ITL) with whom we shared out stand. Conversations focused on collaboration, future developments and how partners can continue to support operators as payment models, compliance requirements and customer expectations evolve.
These discussions will feed directly into E-Service’s ongoing portfolio development and partnership strategy over the coming months.
A Focus on Modernisation and the Year Ahead
Across the show, regulation, compliance and rising costs were recurring themes. At the same time, there was widespread recognition that modernisation – particularly around payments – is no longer optional. Operators are actively seeking cashless and hybrid solutions that enhance the customer experience without adding unnecessary complexity or cost.
Following the strong reception at EAG, E-Service’s immediate focus is on rolling out Pay-with-ME installations, alongside continued development of its wider cashless,
payments and compliance offering. The company will also maintain a strong presence at key industry events throughout the year, including shows in Dublin, ARE in Manchester, IAAPA, and beyond.
