As we look to expand our sales offering and continue to provide the highest levels of service to both our new and existing customers, E Service currently have a vacancy for a Telemarketing Sales Executive. You will report to the Sales Director and act as an important member of our sales team as we look to drive forward our services in the years ahead.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and clarify contact details for existing customers as well as updating our database systems
- Conduct regular client telephone surveys and record findings to be used as part of client reviews
- Research businesses and identify target opportunities for the Sales Team to explore
- Give regular and clear feedback to commercial team which will help improve our sales offering
